These masks were created by my children to show how they feel about them selves in physical form. Some children showed how they’ve felt in the past and others showed how they were currently feeling. They shared their masks along with their feelings.
This brought me much joy to see them use the affirmations they had learned the day b. Happiness, loved, beautiful and creative were some of the words they chose to represent themselves.
